Croswell-Lexington Community Schools shared April Marie's photo.
April Marie to Frostick Elementary
May 5 at 3:08pm · Brandon, FL · I just wanted to share with you my experience today....my sons attended Frostick for the past 3 years. We moved out of state over spring break. Both boys received a book full of "we will miss you" letters on their last day. A page from each student and their teacher! They love these books and, they often can be found looking through them.
Today, I received a phone call from the new school they attend here in Florida. (This is the very first year this school has been open here!) The staff at Frostick mailed the boys their yearbooks!! Along with their yearbooks, were autographs from their classmates and teachers. The staff at the new school was amazed!!! The words to me were "We were so touched by seeing that their previous school cared so much! It goes to show how great of a school district your boys came from. We strive to be as great of a school as that!"
The boys were so excited to see this small gesture. The teachers have gone over and above my expectations! I'm glad that my children had the opportunity to attend such a great school full of a wonderful staff! We miss you all!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for sending our yearbooks and notes of well wishes! We miss the Frostick staff! 💗

To: Harbor Beach and Croslex Athletic Directors,
I just want to send an email to both of you over last night JV softball game:
This was one of the best sportsmanship games I have seen: Both coaches and players!
Sample: “ During a long inning for Harbor Beach a Cros Lex Coach suggested and then had one of his girls bring out cold water for the Harbor Beach catcher who was working very hard”. I know score was kept but it seemed like it didn’t matter to either school: Both Coaches and kids were great to work with. Therefore I just wanted to say thanks and it was honor umpiring.
A lot negative stuff happens in sports which we all hear about. Last night was a Positive and I
Thought it should be heard also. Both schools have great young ladies and coaches coaching
