Dear Pioneer Families,
Just a reminder that CLMS has scheduled a date for device pick-up - Tuesday, August 25th, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. The devices being distributed are for all CLMS students to include those attending school in-person and those participating in the virtual program.
If your student is participating in the virtual program and is unable to attend this pick up time, please contact the main office at (810) 679-1400 to schedule an alternate time.
If your student is attending school in-person and is unable to be at the pick-up, their computer will be distributed on the first day of school.
A 2020-2021 Student Device Agreement will need to be signed prior to the device being distributed. To access the 2020-2021 Student Device Agreement link please click (HERE). Copies of the device agreement will also be available during pick-up for those that are not able to complete one online or do not have printing capability. To help reduce the spread of germs we would ask that you please bring your own pen!
The device pick-up location will be at the rear of the school by the cafeteria. Please pull your vehicle up to the curb and a staff member will get your device for you. Parents and students will stay in their vehicles during this process.
This year we will not be mailing home informational packets, but will instead send out a detailed email communication containing links to our required forms. Please look for these in your email inbox next week.
