Last weekend CLHS SADD sponsored an event to raise awareness around responsible driving. The main takeaway from this event is D.R.I.V.E. (Driving Responsibly Is Vital for Everyone). By participating in walking the line while texting, wearing sunglasses or "drunk goggles" while navigating cones on a scooter, or being tied to your "driver" in a three-legged race, we hope that participants apply the difficulties in being good "drivers" in these situations to what they are doing when behind the wheel of a vehicle. Our student population is full of new drivers and the community can only stand to benefit if they are taking their role as a driver seriously. Thank you SADD members and advisor Ms. Phillips for your work in helping students make responsible choices!

CLHS Senior Matthew Lyons signed his National Letter of Intent to play football at Concordia University on Friday afternoon! Congratulations, Matt!
